I was informed that they would give me a callback within 72 hours, only business days. However, I never received a return call. I am incredibly disappointed.

This was absolutely brilliant, top-notch experience!

I feel compelled to offer my assistance, perhaps in the field of peer mediation. I am currently in recovery myself, having climbed up from the lowest of lows.

I felt truly cared for and supported beyond my expectations by the social services organization. They have been diligent in following up and staying in touch, which has meant a lot to me.
Philip Gray (7/17/25, 12:47 PM):
Very helpful resources indeed. However, it seems they never answer the phone! Nevertheless, still a fantastic resource for families. They also offer affordable gently used furniture for sale.
Victoria Ward (7/14/25, 4:35 PM):
I reached out to Love INC in Fairbanks for rent assistance, but the staff turned me down. I know of clients who have received help, but it seems they only assist Black or Indigenous people. It's clear that Love INC has a preference based on race, and if you don't fit that category, they will likely deny you help. This experience sheds light on Love INC's priorities and policies.
Johnny Gonzalez (7/14/25, 3:44 PM):
The customer service was extremely helpful, I must say.
Lucy Campbell (7/14/25, 7:22 AM):

I'm not too familiar with this organization, but I was searching for Helping Hands Alaska, led by Jason. I've heard that Jason is doing great work providing logistical support to villages and camps. Helping Hands Alaska seems like a fantastic operation with a strong focus on service.

My experience at this organization was absolutely fantastic! The work they are doing for individuals and their families is truly remarkable.
Ralph Martin (7/3/25, 11:58 AM):
I rang up seekin' some assistance with chores 'round my humble abode, only to be turned away. Despite their website claimin' they cater to such needs. What a swindle! Seems all they're after are donations.
