Jean Gray (6/7/25, 11:21 AM):
Seems like a decent option for military personnel, even though we ultimately didn't end up moving in. I can see how its proximity to the base would be beneficial for some folks.
Samuel Hall (6/5/25, 3:03 PM):
Craig was absolutely fabulous! His attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch. I would highly recommend him for all your property management needs.
Lauren Myers (6/4/25, 5:53 AM):
The staff at this property management company is absolutely lovely!
Doris Garcia (6/3/25, 10:29 PM):
I 'aven't moved in yet. My review is on the process of gettin' approved. I 'ad the pleasure of workin' with Tamika Gilliam. She was absolutely amazin' checkin' in with me durin' the waitin' process. Double-checkin' that I 'ad all the information I needed, and lettin' me know she was available if more questions arose.
Amelia Hamilton (6/1/25, 9:10 PM):
Military base housing ought to be exclusively reserved for military personnel, with no civilians allowed. How can we ensure security with civilians living on the base as well?
Brittany Walker (6/1/25, 10:08 AM):
If you're married and both serving in the military, I wouldn't recommend it. Married to a non-serving spouse? I wouldn't recommend it. Single? I still wouldn't recommend it. The only positive aspect of my stay here was the proximity to the base.

Let me be clear, the staff is friendly. I have a soft spot for Tammie. However, I can't vouch for the rest. They take messages but often fail to deliver them to the intended recipient. So, you end up having to follow up with another call anyway.

The fees upon moving out are excessive. I'm certain I was charged for replacing light bulbs that had simply burned out... truth be told, I doubt I'll ever choose on-base housing again, even if I get relocated.
Judith Moore (6/1/25, 1:24 AM):
A rather agreeable location to reside if you prefer proximity to your workplace and have young ones. The school is top-notch, and the facilities are quite impressive. However, a recurring issue I've encountered is the less-than-satisfactory landscaping services provided by the company responsible for mowing the lawns.
Barbara Miller (5/31/25, 3:06 AM):
I must say, mate, it's best to live off base, trust me. The homes on base are decent, I suppose, but you can snag much larger, more beautiful homes off base for a better price. Plus, you'll actually be investing in something rather than just throwing your dosh away. And when it's time to move out, you'll want to do everything in your power to avoid owing any money. They might say you'll get a letter in the post within 14 days, but then end up charging you a grand without even giving you a heads up until they shoot you an email eight months later, talking about sending you to collections. And good luck trying to get in touch with them via email or phone – they might not respond for a good two to five months. Right dodgy, innit? Trust me, mate, just go ahead and live off base.
Andrea Allen (5/26/25, 10:25 PM):
The one thing that really bothers me is the inability to work on my car inside my personal garage. There are plenty of apartments around that allow you to tinker with your car as long as you ensure everything is left in its original state. I prefer to have the freedom to work on my car at my own place. If the suggestion is to use the hobby shop, I would rather find a different apartment. These properties are overrun, excessively expensive, and it truly makes me question how civilians can reside here when it could be better utilized by active duty military personnel.
William Green (5/26/25, 9:49 PM):
I've been having some trouble with those pesky ground beetles and ants. The management team keeps promising they'll take care of it, but they never seem to follow through. It's starting to become a real nuisance.
John Reyes (5/22/25, 2:59 PM):
The folks at this property management company are simply top-notch! They are always prompt, super friendly, and incredibly skilled at solving any issues I bring to them. Specifically, Austin Brown is an absolute gem - one of the finest professionals I've had the pleasure of working with in this field. His expertise and dedication truly set him apart. I highly recommend their services and can't thank them enough for their outstanding work. Cheers!
Joseph Lopez (5/20/25, 12:46 AM):
I had my yearly maintenance check by Craig, and he did a splendid job! It was quick and efficient, and Craig was a real gent.
Mary Walker (5/20/25, 12:13 AM):
Military housing, quite standard. The positive aspect is that they managed to accommodate me and my sizable family, providing us with a place that suits us better than our previous residence. The house does exhibit signs of wear and tear – I would rate it as an 8/10 on the day we moved in, but after a month, it slipped to a 6/10 due to several issues I've begun to notice. I have a feeling I will be the one footing the bill for these repairs.
Dennis Sullivan (5/17/25, 7:51 AM):
Absolutely brilliant! Jeff Shipp was a real gem and sorted out our issue promptly.
Anthony Gonzalez (5/15/25, 8:31 AM):
I must say, quite a number of these properties seem to have a recurring issue with mold, which is simply covered up with paint. The ceilings and walls show visible cracks due to water damage. It's quite frustrating that the response time for maintenance requests is quite lengthy, and when someone finally does show up, the repairs are subpar at best. Additionally, the process of getting into housing here took an incredibly long time, despite the presence of vacant properties.
George Sanders (5/12/25, 4:59 PM):
I haven't moved in yet, but I'm scheduled to move there next month. So far, everyone I have spoken to has been incredibly friendly and helpful in addressing my questions and ensuring I have a clear understanding of everything. The response to emails has been much quicker than what I've experienced at other bases. We're currently stationed at Goodfellow whose Housing office (also managed by Hunt) is quite unpleasant and indifferent to the state of the house upon moving in. The staff at Dover have been the complete opposite so far! I will provide another review once I settle into the house (since it's military housing, my expectations aren't overly high). But I'm truly grateful for how fantastic they have been already!
Arthur Robinson (5/7/25, 11:39 AM):
Craig did a fantastic job with the Preventative Maintenance on February 13th, completing it in a professional and timely manner.
Amy Johnson (5/4/25, 3:03 PM):
The majority of the office staff are quite pleasant.
Barbara Henderson (5/3/25, 6:48 AM):
Delighted! We had the pleasure of working with a fantastic property management company recently and we couldn't be happier with the results. Their attention to detail and professionalism really stood out, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their services!
Zoey Wilson (5/1/25, 6:49 AM):
I am terribly vexed that I was denied access, especially at a time when my lady, with five children in tow and a baby on the way, is in dire need of assistance. The authorities turned me away on account of a firearm offense from nearly a decade past. Nonetheless, I have since made significant strides in turning my life around for the better.
