Quite frankly, this wasn't your typical church service; rather, it was a special service dedicated to the city's police, firefighters, and EMTs. As the hosting church, they did a commendable job in organizing visiting priests and offering a lunch for our first responders.
Eric Baker (6/5/25, 2:59 AM):

This has been my parish since my parents moved to the area in 1954, so I've been a parishioner for a good 65 years. Can you believe it? I went to school there from 3rd grade all the way through 12th, and my children went there as well. I'm still an active member of the parish. The church is absolutely stunning and the parishioners couldn't be friendlier.

The atmosphere was quite conducive for worship and soothing the mind. I found it to be a peaceful sanctuary, which is why I frequented it often. Lovely place indeed.

Lovely cathedral in a prime spot. Haven't attended a standard service here yet, but I've been to many baptisms and funerals.

I was truly in awe when I stepped into this lovely church, reminiscing about my first Holy Communion there back in the 1960s! It was exquisitely beautiful in every sense. Calm and tranquil. Artistic and lovely.

Above all, it was a place of prayer, a haven for all. I am incredibly thankful for the community that still upholds and is part of this church. Amen!🙏
