Service Options

The exchange features an array of on-site services that cater to shoppers' needs, including military-specific items and seasonal sales. However, there are concerns regarding specific service areas, such as the barber shop, where cleanliness standards have been called into question. Riley Richardson (10/6/25, 7:30 PM):
I do love all the jolly events they throw. Their array of clothing is superb and comes at prices lower than the recommended retail price.
Victoria Sullivan (10/3/25, 4:45 PM):
When it comes to shopping at this exchange, it's a bit of a disappointment really. The prices around town tend to be more budget-friendly, and with Alaska not having any sales tax, there's really no compelling reason to do your shopping here.
Teresa Hall (10/2/25, 12:05 PM):
In general, not a bad experience. It would be great if they had men's Nike Metcons like they do for women's Metcons.
Kathleen Stewart (9/29/25, 3:49 AM):
Absolutely spot on, mate! This shopping mall has pretty much everything you could need, apart from those baby shoes suitable for the freezing Alaskan winter. But fear not, they do have some great options for toddler shoes that will do the trick!
Lisa Torres (9/28/25, 7:05 AM):
The staff is absolutely lovely, with a great selection of products available. It's a real shame that they're facing supply chain challenges just like many other establishments at the moment.
Kevin Hall (9/26/25, 6:52 PM):
Visited the Shopping mall. Fantastic spot, I must say.
Eugene Flores (9/23/25, 7:31 AM):
Lovely mall with top-notch stores, but it's a real pity that AAFES hasn't been quick to address the earthquake damage.
Deborah Diaz (9/23/25, 6:54 AM):
For our friends from across the pond, let me tell you about this delightful shopping center. The variety of stores is simply splendid, and the food court is quite spacious. Cheers!
Alice Edwards (9/22/25, 4:18 PM):
The Barber Shop was closed during regular commissary hours and won't be open for the next 3 to 5 days. It's quite unprofessional for a military base not to have a spot to get a proper haircut.
Austin Coleman (9/22/25, 1:53 PM):
One can find these marvelous shopping centers on the military base. You can get all your necessities from groceries to apparel and so much more.
Christina Flores (9/20/25, 12:17 PM):
One can locate all manner of goods and services at this shopping mall. The cuisine on offer is truly delightful—I thoroughly enjoy my visits there.
Roy Alexander (9/19/25, 5:17 PM):
Ah, the military exchange, I must say it holds a special place in my heart. Whenever I visit with my parents, it brings back memories of my youth spent on the base. Even though those days are long gone, I still enjoy browsing through the commissary, the BX, and grabbing a bite at the food court. It's a trip down memory lane that never fails to bring a smile to my face.
Gabriel Graham (9/16/25, 6:00 AM):
The shopping mall seems lovely from the times I've had the chance to visit. However, I'm a bit unsure about the pricing.
Doris Graham (9/15/25, 11:39 PM):
This base shopping mall is truly top-notch, the ultimate military exchange in all of Alaska!
Doris Morris (9/14/25, 10:50 AM):
This shopping mall is really a fantastic spot to find some lovely Alaskan souvenirs at great prices. Plus, the food court is quite expansive, and the store layout is just top-notch.
Sean Barnes (9/11/25, 8:42 AM):
This place is absolutely brilliant! I couldn't recommend it more!
Chloe Jackson (9/10/25, 10:50 AM):
Awesome spot for veterans, service members, and their families.
Lucy Taylor (9/9/25, 5:45 AM):
The employees are always friendly, mate, especially the baggers. There's this one bloke who resembles Bruce Willis and he's a proper legend at lending a hand. I often spot him wrangling the carts. He never fails to assist both folks outside and those in the Commissary. Cheers to him!
Elizabeth Hayes (9/5/25, 2:41 PM):
There are so many options available here. The staff is fantastic and always ready to assist. Many of them appear to grasp the significance of urgency, and their prices are excellent. They have great product knowledge in every department. Thank you for all the services you provide.
Gabriel Hamilton (8/28/25, 1:24 PM):
There are always some unique items here that you can't find anywhere else, but the prices on other products are a bit too high. Despite that, it's a good store overall.
